Excellent weather resistance Suitable for: shoulder pads, handles, bases IV. Polyamide (PA) Commonly known as: nylon, a self-extinguishing material Advantages: 1. Fastener Material Characteristics and Uses

The selected materials are generally POM (polyoxymethylene, commonly known as Delrin), PA, and PC. Buckles consist of male and female buckles, with webbing sewn to both ends. The length of the webbing is chosen according to different needs and is generally used for fixing the shoulder and waist. To more effectively utilize the function of buckles, more convenient and scientific buckles have been introduced, such as replaceable invisible female buckles. This is a buckle that can be easily replaced without sewing webbing. Another type is a three-way buckle, i.e., a "Y" buckle, often used in baby stroller safety products. The female buckle can be customized with logos or designs according to customer specifications and authorization, and electroplating, screen printing, or painting can also be selected. 2. Hook The materials are generally POM, PA, and PP. Generally speaking, hooks, D-rings, press studs, O-rings, square buckles, and ladder buckles are collectively referred to as hooks. Usually, hooks and D-rings are used together. The O-ring adjusts the length of the webbing, and the ladder buckle is generally used at the end of the webbing for primary fixation. Hooks can be electroplated or screen-printed, and logos can generally be designed on the ladder buckle. 3. Rope Buckle The materials are generally PA, PP, PC, and POM. Rope buckles are available in various sizes and with single or double holes, suitable for various OO ropes, nylon ropes, and elastic ropes. Logos can be designed according to customer requirements. 4. Plastic Feet The material is generally PVC. Plastic feet are available in granular and strip shapes, used at the bottom of bags or boxes to effectively protect items from wear and tear. They are an indispensable accessory for bags and boxes and have anti-slip functions, protecting items from damage due to impact in special circumstances. 5. Shoulder Pads Materials are PVC, PU, TRP, and TPE. Shoulder pads have the functions of reducing pressure and providing positioning and anti-slip. The front of the shoulder pad is called the back.
